Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are manufactured in Turkey in production facilities that comply with international quality standards.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Depending on the product group, we generally accept a minimum order of 1 container for each product. However, it is possible to send 1 pallet of product as a trial order upon request.
What is your lead time?
Shipment is typically made within 2 weeks after order confirmation. This time may be shorter for products in stock.
What are your delivery methods?
We work with all international delivery terms (FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, etc.). The most suitable logistics solution is offered according to customer requirements.
Where are your factories or warehouses located?
Our products are sourced from various production facilities throughout Türkiye, and our main warehouses are located in Istanbul and Ankara.
Is a factory inspection or visit possible?
Yes. Factory audits and visits can be planned in advance and carried out upon request from our business partners.
Which countries do you work with?
We regularly import and export to more than 20 countries, including those in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Balkans.
What are your payment terms?
We typically use T/T (bank transfer) as payment. Special payment terms can be offered to our regular business partners.
Do you manufacture private label products?
Yes. Upon request, we can offer customized production solutions including packaging design, language support, and brand identity.
What quality certifications do you have?
All the manufacturers we source from hold ISO, HACCP, Halal, and other relevant international quality certifications.
Is it possible to obtain samples?
Yes. We provide the necessary logistical support for your sample requests, depending on the product variety.
